2. What Countries Do You Ship To?

3. Can I pay with a credit card? Do I need a PayPal account?

Yes, you can and most of you don't need a PayPal account! After you choose your shipping method and tap/click on the "COMPLETE ORDER" button, you can choose between using PayPal, or the "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" button. However, some countries require a PayPal account... If you see a button that says "Create an Account" instead, then tap/click on it! Your order will be securely placed through PayPal, by using your credit/debit card. So don't worry about it, the process is easy and safe! 

4. How Long Will it Take For My Package to Arrive?

After you submit your order, it will take us 3-7 business days to process said order (in-case you need to change you shipping address, adjust your order, …etc). At this point, it will take between 10-15 additional days for domestic packages and 1-2 additional weeks for international packages. 

5. How Do I Track My Order?

You should receive an email, after your order is done processing, containing a tracking number for your package.

Then You can visit this PAGE and enter your tracking number for your order status.

If you don’t receive a tracking number, first check your spam folder.

6. How do I Return/Exchange My Order?

RETURNS

All returns must be received within 30 days for US orders and 45

days for international orders for your returns to be processed.

EXCHANGES

Not all items can be exchanged as some products may be out

of stock or discontinued. If you have questions about your

7. How do I Cancel My Order?

All cancellations must be made within 24hrs of initial purchase.  You must contact us within the first 24hrs, Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 24hrs after a purchase. 

Do to the nature our our custom products, every order is "made to order" . Your product starts manufacturing process 1 day after you place your order, so we do not allow cancellations after 24hrs.
